Some tips to remember when using your Cool Azul Ice Bandana (video below):
- Don’t overfill the pocket with ice, we recommend around 2 cups
- Keep the zipper on the outside, not touching the back of your neck
- Use one knot, then attach to the bottom drawstring of your vest, adjust the knot so it's not putting pressure on your neck
